Jennifer Peicott
Family Nurse Practitioner, Aesthetic Injector
Jennifer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of medical experience and more than 7 years dedicated to aesthetic medicine. With a passion for regenerative treatments and preventative care, she’s committed to helping patients feel confident in their skin—without compromising authenticity.
Her approach focuses on enhancing each patient’s natural features through personalized, thoughtful treatment plans. Jennifer specializes in techniques that promote skin health and support graceful aging, always striving to deliver refreshed, natural-looking results.
Originally from the East Coast, Jennifer began her advanced practice career in Vascular Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and also brings a strong background in neurotrauma nursing. Her clinical expertise, combined with her warm, patient-centered approach, allows her to deliver care that is both skilled and deeply compassionate.
Nilu Rustomji
Physician Assistant, Aesthetic Injector
Nilu is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over eight years of experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She studied psychology at UCLA and completed her PA training at Duke University, bringing a unique blend of medical and psychological expertise to her work.
Before entering aesthetics, she worked in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in Santa Barbara, giving her a deep understanding of skin health and its impact on overall well-being. Known for her natural, patient-centered approach, Nilu helps patients age gracefully with personalized treatment plans that enhance their features while supporting long-term skin health.
She believes in enhancing—never altering—your features, and works closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that support both aesthetic goals and long-term skin wellness. Her background in psychology allows her to create a safe, reassuring space where patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey. Nilu also serves as a trainer in aesthetic medicine, sharing her expertise in natural, balanced results with the next generation of injectors.
Dr. David Saadat
Physician, Medical Director and Co-Owner
Our practice is overseen by Medical Director Dr. David Saadat, a triple board-certified physician in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat), and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Saadat is also a renowned national trainer within the aesthetic community and founder of his own educational institute, where he is dedicated to advancing provider education and promoting the highest standards of patient safety and outcomes — a mission that aligns seamlessly with our values at Luxe Injectables Lounge.
